Vatication B&B - Rome

B&B in Rome with free breakfast and host-curated local dining tips

Rooms

Vatication B&B offers Superior Suites with a separate kitchen area and Double Rooms with Private Bathrooms. Each room is cleaned daily by the housekeeping staff. The B&B's few rooms create a setting where guests often interact during breakfast.

Breakfast & Dining

A free breakfast daily includes croissants, a hot drink, and a self-service setup for flexible timing. The fridge in each room is stocked with yogurt, fruit, meats, and cheeses. The host provides personalized local restaurant recommendations that guests report as spot-on.

Location

The property is a 10-minute walk from St. Peter's Square and the Vatican Museums. Ottaviano Metro Station is 700 ft away, linking directly to the Spanish Steps and Roma Termini. The surrounding area on Via Cola di Rienzo has shops and restaurants.

Host Services

The host communicates before arrival with detailed instructions, photos, and short videos. He arranges airport transfers and provides luggage storage after check-out for late flights. Many guests note the host's proactive support for local exploration.

Safety & Practicalities

The B&B has four locked doors from the street to the room: gate, building entrance, B&B door, and room door. CCTV cameras monitor common areas, and smoke alarms and a safety deposit box are installed. An elevator serves the second-floor property, avoiding stairs.
